Looks like Detective Takagi almost reaches his limit. Although Metropolitan Police Department have narrowed down the suspicious location to Hokaido, but it is still difficult to find him. They learn from the video camera that the building where Detective Takagi kept has four floors. So, they search all of the four floored construction sites from Hokaido. So, why can’t they find him?
With Conan’s help, they found the truth. And with appeared kite image from video camera, they are closer to the truth. And the last hint comes from Detective Takagi himself. Can they find him before the timer of the bomb runs out?
