Ultima the High Seraph | Polymerize

Ultima is the name of a recurring summon and entity in Ivalice. She is associated with the Holy element, her color sign is Golden Yellow, and she represents the Zodiac sign of Virgo, the Virgin. While she first appeared in Final Fantasy Tactics, her most prominent design is based on Final Fantasy Tactics Advance.   

Ultima is hidden deep within the heart of Giruvegan's Great Crystal. Carefully navigate the Way Stones to reach her lair after clearing the city of Giruvegan.
She's very powerful, but has perhaps the single most difficult final attack to trigger. It requires that both she and the summoner have critical HP levels. This is almost impossible to trigger on command, but a blast of Graviga can often help force things. Ultima also enters the battle with Reflect on, so equip and Opal Ring so that the party can heal her.

"Masterpiece among the scions created by the gods, and the mastermind of the plot to rise against them. Prior to her betrayal, she was tasked with guiding souls to heaven and aiding in their reincarnation. Called the High Seraph for her angelic wings of glimmering gold, yet it was on wings of deepest black that the tainted angel Ultima rose against the gods. Since her fall, her heart is without light, and impossible to know."

@ Redemption: a powerful Holy-elemental attack.

@ Eschaton: Ultima flies into space and charges the cannon under her dress to blast all enemies with a ray of Holy-elemental light. However, it is difficult to use due to the requirement that both Ultima and her summoner must be in critical HP before she will use it.
